If you plan to change the date or destination of your trip before 30 days of your scheduled departure, you will get 100% travel credit against your rescheduled trip that you have booked with Besten tours. The changed trip should be of the same value or more than previously booked. You are responsible for payment exceeding the previously booked 100% travel credit arising on a new trip.
Any services, including air services booked from a third party other than Besten tours, are not included in this offer, and a Yacht charter is also not included. Your trip is non-refundable or non-exchangeable if informed in or less than 30 days before departure.
In case of any conflict between special offer and terms and conditions, the terms of the special offer will super succeed the terms and conditions. We withhold the right to change the terms of this special offer anytime.
Cancellation of confirmed booking 90 days or prior will be subject to 100% refund less any non-refundable payment like advance booking transaction of hotels, airfare, or cruise.
Cancellation of confirmed booking 30 days or prior will be subject to full refund minus 25% of program fees and less any non-refundable payment like advance booking payment to hotels, airfare, or cruise.
